In Ghent, project MYS focuses on refined reuse and elegant detailing within a family living space. The open shelving is constructed from repurposed green marble, carefully cut and supported by custom brass uprights. The marble slabs were salvaged from tabletops removed during renovation, giving new purpose to existing materials in a circular design approach.

Below, a walnut bench incorporates rolling storage bins — ideal for toys, books, or household items. The bench also doubles as a compact workspace for children when paired with a small chair. MYS combines natural materials and functional design with a conscious approach to reuse and spatial efficiency.
